Social media

Brand by brand, post by post.

Social is where most of these accounts lived day to day: editorial calendars, always-on content, paid campaigns and community. Across healthcare, food and hospitality, retail and personal brands, here is what was built for each one, on which networks, and what it produced.

UP Saúde

Health · Sports medicine
InstagramFacebook

A clinic built from the ground up, starting with its name. The full brand system followed: visual identity, in-clinic signage and every digital channel, then a launch calendar of promotional events for aesthetic procedures like Botox and fillers that kept the daily schedule full, alongside institutional moments such as open yoga classes.

CID

Diagnostic imaging
InstagramFacebook

Brought on as marketing consultant to professionalize the brand’s digital presence. The work came close to a rebrand: patient communication reshaped to feel humanized, clean and easy to follow, from procedures to opening hours, backed by original photography of the spaces and the team, plus signage for new units.

A consulting engagement focused on humanizing a diagnostic-imaging brand across its channels.

Erika Assis

Nutrition
InstagramFacebook

Institutional communication for a functional-nutrition practice, translated straight from the way she works with patients. Her method took visual form on social: the nutritionist alongside the tools of the practice, the scale, the body-fat calipers, and her meal plans reframed as dynamic, easy-to-read content.

Personal-brand content built around a specific, hands-on nutrition method.

Food & restaurants

Restaurants, delivery and food brands, where the job is appetite: making people hungry and moving them to order.

Andiamo Ristorante

Restaurant · Italian
InstagramFacebook

Digital strategy for a six-restaurant Italian group inside São Paulo shopping malls, positioned as aspirational but within reach. When the pandemic closed the doors, the operation pivoted to delivery: content moved from plated dishes to what people could do at home, recipes, virtual tours of Italy, Italian word games, and monthly output roughly doubled to keep the iFood channel alive. All six locations came through the shutdown.

Gallo na Brasa

Restaurant · Grill
InstagramFacebook

A dark-kitchen brand running two kitchens, built for delivery and a younger audience. The work covered the content and the voice, plus the shoots that turned dishes and combo deals into feed-ready posts, through the toughest stretch of the pandemic when delivery was the only channel that mattered.

Delivery-first content for a dark kitchen, tuned to a younger, price-aware audience.

A two-year engagement through a full repositioning, from sweetener brand to a broader healthy-foods portfolio. The flagship campaign put the new line, including its 52% cocoa bonbons, in the hands of creators: twelve macro-influencers, several above 20M followers, plus a micro-influencer layer, over nine months. Product logistics and content curation ran end to end in-house.

Retail & home

Retail and home brands, where social carries product, promotion and brand concept at the same time.

Vilarejo Acabamentos

Home finishings retail
InstagramFacebook

The full social operation for a home-finishings retailer, built from zero across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Two jobs at once: the always-on brand-building, and promotional campaigns running on and offline to move construction materials, paint and adjacent lines. The standout was a Lighting Festival push, engineered to clear about $1.5K of returned stock that couldn’t go back to the factory. Under $200 in media turned it into more than $15K in profit.

Vilarejo Conceito

Brand concept
InstagramFacebook

The upmarket arm of the same group, given a deliberately separate voice. Where Acabamentos spoke retail, Conceito spoke to architects, the specifiers who put its products into their projects. That called for its own launch strategy: more sophisticated, a distinct visual register, institutional rather than promotional. Same group, a separate world, built so the concept store never sounded like a hardware sale.

A distinct, architect-facing brand voice for the group’s concept store, sophisticated and institutional by design.
